For the local government in Xinxiang, China, he worked to create, validate and refine a new city’s economic positioning using a base in the advanced electrical batteries field.
This planning effort required evaluating the financial sustainability of multiple economic clusters that could be synergistic with one another as well as link with regional economic and trade flows.
The final recommendations provided guidance on deepening the breadth and sophistication of the existing battery cluster, as well as plans for establishing a biotechnology base in the new city.
