Developing the Port of Cleveland
Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority | USA | 2008–2009
For the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority, we created a plan to use the Port’s 100 acres to develop an economically catalytic project for the wider Cleveland area.
Specifically, we planned to reconnect the city’s waterfront with its downtown area, build more than five million square feet of a built-up area over twenty years, and attract the city’s world-class hospitals and financial institutions to the site as anchors.
The plan was approved by the CCCPA’s board and the City Council and is progressing to the investor marketing stage.
