Building Seven Linked Real Estate Companies

For a large family-owned business, we created seven linked real estate companies that covered land banking, development, construction, lending, marketing and sales, and a family office.

The assignment required assessing the MENA real estate market at a high level, then establishing best practices for each type of operating company.

Finally, we developed business plans for each company, complete with comprehensive operating procedures, roles, human resource manuals, and the IT backbone.
